New Delhi: After repeated postponements, Bharatiya Janata Party patriarch LK Advani finally met Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat on Thursday here.
On Wednesday, the meet between the duo was deferred after the BJP leader conveyed that he was "unwell".
Bhagwat and Advani couldn't meet on Tuesday either, as was expected.
Notably, Bhagwat had played a key role in resolving the crisis in the Bharatiya Janata Party after Advani resigned from key party posts a day after Narendra Modi was elevated as BJP campaign committee chief for the 2014 polls.
Advani had resigned from his posts in the parliamentary board, election committee and national executive after Modi's elevation and relented only after Bhagwat advised him to withdraw his resignation.
