Deputy Leader of the Jumhooree Party, Minister of Transport Ameen Ibrahim said that no other party on the radar is as victorious as the Jumhooree Party.
During the campaign visit to K.Huraa by Jumhooree party, while meeting the people of the island Ameen said that as a presidential election is nearby everyone would be thinking which party will be best and who will be the best leader to vote for.
Maldives opens its first trade and tourism promotion office in Kunming

With generous assistance from the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Maldives opened its first trade and tourism promotion office in the city of Kunming, China. The office was opened by the Minister of Economic Development on the 7th of June 2013.
The objective of this office is to strengthen the existing partnership between China and Maldives by acting as an information centre where potential tourists, traders and investors from China in general, and Yunnan Province in particular, can easily access upto date information on the Maldives and the opportunities available. The Trade and Tourism Promotion Office will be housed with two full time local staff. The Address of the Trade Office is 16 Jie, 5th Floor, District 11, Xinluoshiwan, Kunming, P R China.
